The client is a lifestyle brand that sells eco-friendly products. The aim was to enhance the online presence and increase engagement across all socials, especially Instagram and Facebook, to generate more revenue.
Their other challenge was managing their social media internally, but they needed help generating exciting content. Not to mention that their posts were getting limited likes, shares, and comments. The client came together to build content that connected with the client’s audience and to grow the overall engagement.
Wervas offered a social media virtual assistant (VA) to automate posting creation, content scheduling, and community activity. We offered strategic engagement efforts to improve social media content quality and increase user interaction. Here’s what we did:
Content Creation: We and the client worked well together to understand the client’s brand voice and core messaging. Thereafter, these kinds of posts were created: Visual calls to action, product/customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and eco-friendly tips that promote the client’s brand values. To do this we used Hootsuite and Buffer to keep everything consistent.
Hashtag Research & Implementation: To ensure our client’s content had a more extensive reach, we researched and explored some relevant and trending hashtags to increase the reach of each post.
Engagement Strategy: VA proactively engaged the client’s followers by replying to comments, liking relevant posts, and engaging with stories. This helped the client build a loyal online community and hopefully improve their relationship with their audience.
Monthly Performance Reporting: Apart from being a responsive mobile website, we also tracked some key performance indicators like growth in followers, reach, and engagement rate, and we reported the results monthly so that the client could judge the progress of our strategy.
