Welcome to WERVAS! We’re excited to assist you! During the onboarding call, we will review all the essential information and ensure you have a smooth ride in day-to-day operations with your virtual assistant. Your assistant will be ready in less than 24 hours (except on weekends).
Your assigned Account Manager will send you a calendar invite for a meeting with your assistant. We will discuss every operational task in detail for smooth execution.
Please let us know if we need to arrange any equipment or install tools before your agents start.
We encourage you to contact us for access to our shared workspace, where you can store your training materials and track your assistant’s progress.
Our assistants log in and out every day, keeping things transparent. You will only be charged if your VA shows up for work. In the absence of dedicated assistants, we provide backup assistants for your convenience.
You can easily access timesheets and invoices through the Wervas Client Portal. Once you subscribe to any of our plans, we’ll set up your access.
Usually, we do not roll over unused hours. However, for some special cases, we do roll over the unused hours of your next subscription cycle. We request you to contact your account manager in such cases.

Use our project management platform (Basecamp or Asana) to collaborate with your assistant or team.
Our Support team will be happy to set up a dedicated workspace for you if you wish.
We only charge for working time, holiday leaves are not charged. Your assistant might not be available during public holidays such as Christmas, New Year, etc. You will receive a prior notice before any holiday your VA takes
If your assistant fails to turn up due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will provide you with a backup assistant for that day for your convenience.
Used the entire monthly subscribed hours of your plan? Need more hours this month. No need to change your active monthly subscription, you can purchase extra hours under our ‘Pay As You Go’ plan. You can purchase additional hours from our website directly.
If you are not happy with the work of your assistant, you can ask for a replacement whenever you want. To switch your assistant, contact your Account Manager, and we’ll do so within 48 hours. We’ll have a backup assistant to help your work proceed smoothly during the change.
We respect your decision not to continue with Wervas. If you no longer wish to continue with us, we will not hold you back. Please email us to cancel your subscription 48 hours before your next renewal date. As soon as we receive the request, we will cancel your subscription, and you won’t be charged anymore.
We’re committed to preserving your confidential information and signing every necessary document before starting your work. All of our executives are from our in-house team who work from our corporate office situated in Kolkata, India. We duly sign agreements with all of our employees before hiring. We strictly do not recruit Freelancers to work for any of our clients. We follow the Secure Endpoint Security system for any type of data handling.
